We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, colors, and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Product availability is subject to stock.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

CLINCH reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout.

5. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

For Bank Transfer payments:

  • Orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.

  • Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees.

  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

CLINCH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Original packaging and tags must be included.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized products

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

8. Custom Orders

Custom-designed products, printed apparel, uniforms, and personalized items are produced specifically for each customer.

Because of their personalized nature:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are present.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Website content

is the exclusive property of CLINCH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. User Conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
